We are thrilled to announce that Harlie Schaeffer, a proud Touchet alumni, is stepping into the role of Softball Coach for the Redhawks! 🥎
Harlie brings an impressive coaching background, with over five years of experience working with athletes at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Her resume includes two years as a Junior Varsity Coach for a 3A softball program, where she demonstrated her passion for developing athletes and fostering a positive, supportive environment. Her approach focuses on teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and creating opportunities for players to grow both on and off the field.
In addition to her coaching role, Harlie serves as our 8th-12th grade English teacher, further showing her dedication to our students' success. She’s committed to building a softball program that emphasizes skill growth, mental toughness, accountability, and a love for the game. Harlie inspires athletes through her determination, passion, and respect, always emphasizing the importance of education and personal development.
We’re confident she’s going to do an amazing job and can’t wait to see where the Redhawks softball program goes under her leadership.
